竹屋ホテル - Tsuruoka

We recently stayed at an onsen hotel that overlooks the ocean as a family of four and we highly recommend it. the rooms are spacious and face the sea, providing us with picturesque views. the onsen and rotemburo situated at the basement were functional with hot natural spring water, however, lacking an aesthetic allure. Nevertheless, the service and food we received were top-notch. the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We had a delightful time with their sumptuous breakfast. the lobby Wi-Fi worked perfectly, allowing us to stay connected with our loved ones.

We found the decor to be slightly outdated and in need of a revamp.

The view from the rooms was pretty good. We had a decent view of the sea. Another thing that stood out was the large size of the rooms. It was quite spacious, in fact. Best Aspects: the location of the hotel is quite convenient for travel as it's near a lot of tourist attractions. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us some good recommendations on places to eat and things to do.
